Pleasant surprise
The mixer is a lot easier to operate than the impression you get from the instruction manual. The stirrer very nicely rubbed in butter into a flour mixture, something I usually do with my food processor. You then add liquid and change to the kneading hook and your rusk, muffin or scone dough is ready very quickly. The machine and attachments is easy to clean. For someone who wants the convenience

Bought this product to use at home primarily to knead dough. It's quite portable and takes up a lot less space. Been using it for over 8 months without any trouble. Comes wth a lot of attachments that we haven't used yet. A super alternative to Kitchen Aid for a lot less and smaller use.
