The computer isn’t as crisp as I would like. You’d thing that with 32 gigs of ram this thing would be a get engine. My online apps with multiple tabs cause it glitch up. Do not have another computer to compare it to other than a 2011 MacBook but I a few updates I’m sure the MacBook could match. As time goes maybe it gets better but that usually bit the case with technology.

Hadn't used the HP ProBook's since Gen 5 because the plastic / build quality felt cheap and lower than consumer grade. Decided to give the Gen 9 a try as my usual go to laptops were not available and was pleasantly surprised at the improved build quality. This laptop was a crazy cheap price at the time I grabbed it and easily upgraded it to 32GB ram and a 1 TB M.2 SATA drive that still managed to keep the overall price lower than my usual go to. Well done HP.

I have only been using my new laptop for a few weeks but in that time I have loved it. My last laptop was very slow, hung up a lot and the speaker volume was not very high. This laptop is wicked fast. My only complaint is I hate how I was constantly pressured to use OneDrive. Part of the reason I purchased this machine was I wanted the storage.

The computer functions fine but due to the type of anti glare coating on the screen it is unusable and I will be returning. The edges of words and the clarity of pictures appears fuzzy - even when compared to my other anti glare laptop and especially when compared to a phone screen.

The overall quality is very good. It’s light weight while managing to feel sturdy. Very portable. I thought I would want the 17” but this is plenty large enough. I’m very happy. It will be used mostly for work.
