Less than 1 year - needs to be replaced
Recently I've started to get periodic noisy streaming through the headphone jack, and now the headphone jack has now stopped working completely. I used phones extensively so this is unacceptable.
Also the audio volume has never been strong enough. It must be turned up to full volume in most cases.

Doesn't state it has a c to c charger.. buy it seperatley. Sound is amazing! I'm a bartender so ot works perfectly for me. It does get hot while charging but doesn't bring the percentage down. Pictures are iphone quality! At first if you don't have wifi it sucks, but after everything is smoothly.

Written by amazon.com customerI don't care for this phone at all.You have to sign up with a bunch of samsung stuff and to many technical things that they other phones don't have or ask for.I need one because the port on my old one wouldn't charge.I couldn't get my minutes and text when I wanted to keep my old number.
